Done-for-you publishing · Lovable
Publish your Lovable app to the App Store & Google Play — for you.
Lovable is brilliant at turning a prompt into a working web app — but the App Store and Google Play don't accept web apps. Getting your Lovable project into the stores means converting it into a native app, setting up developer accounts, passing Apple's review, and surviving Google Play's testing requirements. That's the part we do for you.

Can Lovable publish to the stores by itself?
Not directly. Lovable produces a web app, and neither store accepts a plain URL. Your app must be wrapped in a native shell (e.g. Capacitor), signed, and submitted through App Store Connect and the Google Play Console — with enough native polish to pass Apple's minimum-functionality bar.
Where Lovable founders get stuck
No native build output
Lovable ships a hosted web app. The stores require signed IPA/AAB binaries built from a native project — something Lovable doesn't generate.
Apple's Guideline 4.2 trap
Thin web wrappers get rejected for "minimum functionality." Your wrapper needs native touches — splash screen, offline handling, push readiness — to pass review.
Developer account setup
Apple's $99/yr program has identity verification, 2FA, and (for companies) D-U-N-S requirements that stall most first-timers for days.
Google Play's 12-tester rule
New personal Play accounts must run a closed test with 12 opted-in testers for 14 days before production access. Most solo founders get stuck right here.
The DIY route (if you want it)
No gatekeeping — this is genuinely what it takes to publish a Lovable app yourself.
- 01
Export and wrap your app
Create a Capacitor (or similar) project pointing at your Lovable app, add native icons, splash screens, and offline fallbacks.
- 02
Set up both developer accounts
Enroll in the Apple Developer Program ($99/yr) and Google Play Console ($25 one-time), completing identity checks on both.
- 03
Build, sign, and upload
Generate certificates and provisioning profiles, produce signed builds, and upload via App Store Connect and the Play Console.
- 04
Prepare listings and pass review
Write metadata, design store screenshots for every required device size, complete the data-safety forms, then respond to any rejections.

Lovable publishing FAQs
Can Lovable publish directly to the App Store?
No. Lovable deploys web apps to the web. To reach the App Store or Google Play, the app must be wrapped in a native container, signed, and submitted through each store's console — that's the service we provide.
Will Apple reject a wrapped Lovable app?
Apple rejects lazy wrappers, not wrapped apps. We add the native functionality reviewers look for (proper navigation, splash, offline states) — our first-submission approval rate is 98%.
Do I keep ownership of the app?
Yes. Everything is published under your own developer accounts, so you own the listing, the reviews, and the revenue.
